Dubai Sunrise: Introduction

Hello guest! This is my first posting here on my blog "OFW: This is My Life and Story. I personally select the photo of Dubai Sunrise 'cause it makes me remind of my life on this beautiful city. By the way, OFW means Overseas Filipino Worker - a contractual person coming from the country Philippines. And, I am a Filipino, proud to be a Pinoy!

Dubai is the most modern, progressive and open city in United Arab Emirates. Also, a commercial city in the Gulf Countries. There were seven (7) notable territory within United Arab Emirates; Abu Dahbi - the capital city, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quawain and Fujairah.

According to the website of http://www.emirates.org:

The United Arab Emirates is a constitutional federation of seven emirates. The federation was formally established on 2 December 1971.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) occupies an area of 83,600 sq km along the south-eastern tip of the Arabian Peninsula. Qatar lies to the west, Saudi Arabia to the south and west, and Oman to the north and east. The capital and the largest city of the federation, Abu Dhabi, is located in the emirate of the same name.

Four-fifths of the UAE is desert, yet it is a country of contrasting landscapes, from awe-inspiring dunes to rich oases, precipitous rocky mountains to fertile plains.

The United Arab Emirates, one of the world's fastest growing tourist destinations, has all the right ingredients for an unforgettable holiday, sun, sand, sea, sports, unbeatable shopping, top-class hotels and restaurants, an intriguing traditional culture, and a safe and welcoming environment.

I love Dubai so much and it's a part of my life. Never in my mind that I forget this place where I worked and lived for 11 years. My memories still lingered on me even to this day.

The following story is a combination of my true-story and fiction writing, wherein I incorporated my experiences and my innate desire to write. Within the context of my feelings, I could reveal the true essence of my soul.

Any person living or dead who in one way or the other have similarity with the succeeding story is not intentional. People who were related to the story or my aquaintances in the past, may contact me for proper undertaking.
